PROCESSES
In addition to our experienced in-house team covering departments such as planning, design, marketing, sample room, production, quality control, and packaging, we ensure that every step of the supply chain—from fabric, accessories, printing, and embroidery to every point on the production line—is monitored and approved for technical and social compliance. Our production process is conducted under international standards and within deadlines, with a strong focus on both in-house manufacturing and collaboration with subcontracted workshops.
Production Range
We manufacture a wide variety of products, including canvas bags, linen bags, gabardine bags, interlining bags, nonwoven fabric bags, fabric pouches, velvet pouches, fabric backpacks, fabric pencil cases, and impertex bags.
SAMPLE ROOM
Our Sample Room is one of the strongest departments of our business, thanks to its fast service, industry-expert staff, special design and product development divisions, and computerized pattern system. Our experienced team transforms customer models into ready-to-cut patterns, using the technology available and considering the fabric properties. Both pattern-making and cost stages utilize computer technology, ensuring flawless and quick production of samples on the dedicated production line within the sample room.
CUTTING
Our technologically advanced cutting and spreading machines have a capacity of 30,000 units/day. In the cutting process, which requires precision and speed, fully automated computer-controlled cutting systems are used. Every stage—from pattern preparation to spreading the fabric, to cutting—is managed under computer control.
With the computerized cutter system, cutting is done with utmost accuracy, ensuring no measurement errors, including the smallest pieces. The pieces are cut thoroughly and correctly, along with sorting before sewing, ensuring a complete and precise cutting process.
SEWING
Experienced and skilled machine operators represent a key competitive advantage. With over 21 years of experience and the knowledge gained from long-term collaborations with the world’s leading brands, we aim to achieve the highest quality possible in sewing. Our sewing department’s focus is on timely delivery and producing the highest quality output. Through periodic staff training, we have established a high standard of production quality, becoming a model and leading apparel manufacturing facility.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our Quality Management System ensures that we can fully meet the expectations and needs of our customers.
In addition to on-line process controls and end-of-line quality checks, we perform meticulous inspections based on the rules set by our customers to ensure that only flawless products are delivered to them before shipment.
Our Quality Control department is divided into two parts: pre-sewing inspection and post-ironing final inspection. Each product is carefully examined to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
